The boat is a fast performance sailing yacht returning to Europe after a Caribbean racing season. Set up for real offshore sailing with lightweight racing equipment and watch systems. Life onboard is simple and practical. No private cabins, but proper sea berths. Everyone helps with watches, sails, cooking and daily life onboard. Skipper has extensive offshore experience including multiple ocean (Atlantic, Pacific) crossings and major offshore races, with more than 200,000 nautical miles sailed. Looking for a few good people to join an Atlantic crossing from Bermuda to the Azores around 11 June. Passage time should be about two weeks depending on weather. Departure may move by a day if needed for weather routing. This is for people who genuinely want an offshore sailing experience, proper ocean miles and life at sea on a fast boat. Good attitude and being easy to live with onboard matter as much as experience. Crew contribution is 650 USD per week to share onboard costs and expenses during the passage.
