Maui IV Moody 44 Length 13 m/44 ft Monohull Sail Description I sail a Moody 44 – a solid, bluewater cruiser built for comfort and long passages. She’s well-equipped for ocean sailing, with in-mast furling, a spacious cockpit, and plenty of room below for crew. Designed with both performance and safety in mind, she’s the perfect balance of sturdy and comfortable, making her ideal for offshore adventures as well as relaxed coastal cruising. Currently, I’m preparing her for longer passages, including the ARC in 2026 and onward into the Caribbean. She’s a proven boat with the capability to handle ocean crossings, and I’m steadily adding upgrades and gear to make life onboard smooth and enjoyable. Additional details 🌍 Crew Wanted – This is the for the first leg as heading for Guernsey to the start of the ARC 2026 Atlantic Crossing. Aboard my Moody 44 We’re looking for 2–3 crew to join us to head down the French coast stoping off in the Azores and then getting to the Canary Islands for the ARC 2026.
